You should never exceed 4 grams of Tylenol per day because you risk having serious liver damage. Also, it’s not recommended to continue getting close to 4grams of Tylenol each day (about 8 generic Vicodin pills), because in time your liver might suffer consequences.
Liver damage could possibly cause liver failure which is a critical thing, since accidental or intentional acetaminophen overdose is one reason why young people end up needing liver transplants or risk dying.
